Reflex Ruckus Privacy Policy

Effective September 25, 2026. Publisher: CST3 Media, LLC.

This policy applies to the Reflex Ruckus iPhone app. Other CST3 Media apps have their own policies, linked from their app pages.

Gameplay stays on your device

Reflex Ruckus is an offline reaction game. The app does not create an account for you, send gameplay data to CST3 Media, or operate a server that receives your scores. It has no advertising or third-party analytics software.

Scores, play history, preferences, streaks, and an unfinished round are stored on your device. Your Apple device-backup settings may include this information in backups. Reset saved progress in the app’s Settings removes gameplay records and recovery copies while retaining preferences. Uninstalling the app removes its local container, subject to Apple’s backup and restore behavior. The app does not provide cross-device score synchronization.

Optional purchases

Apple processes optional in-app purchases. Reflex Ruckus checks verified StoreKit transactions to provide and restore purchased features. CST3 Media does not receive payment-card details. Apple manages transaction records, purchase disputes, and refunds under its policies. Resetting gameplay does not delete Apple purchase records.

Sharing a result

If you choose to share a score, the app creates a score image and opens the iOS share sheet. The image contains gameplay results, the game mode, and the UTC challenge date when applicable. It is sent only when you choose a destination and complete the sharing action. The destination’s privacy practices apply after sharing.

Permissions and controls

The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, health information, or tracking identifier. Sound and haptic feedback are optional. Reaction timing is used for game mechanics and entertainment, not health assessment.

When you contact support

If you voluntarily email CST3 Media, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that correspondence to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. Support correspondence is separate from the app’s local gameplay data. Please avoid sending passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information. You may contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention requirements.

Changes and contact

If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the store disclosures will be updated before those changes are released.
