Reflex Ruckus support
Include your iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of the issue when you email support. A screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
Learn the moves
Open Settings and choose Replay the tutorial. Practice gives you ten correct moves without a timer. For button-based controls, turn on Action pad in Settings. Action-pad records are saved separately from gesture records.
Free play and Ruckus+
Classic, the daily challenge and practice are free. Ruckus+ is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks Rule Flip, Precision, and the Sunset and Glacier themes. There is no subscription. The purchase screen displays Apple’s current localized price before you buy. Availability depends on the app’s release and Apple’s purchase service.
Restore a purchase
Use the Apple Account originally used to buy Ruckus+, connect to the internet, and choose Restore purchases in Settings or the Ruckus+ screen. Pending purchases unlock after Apple approves and verifies them. Apple handles billing and refunds.
Daily challenges and records
The daily challenge changes at midnight UTC. Everyone starts with the same sequence for that UTC date. Records stay on your device; there is no online leaderboard or cross-device score sync. Practice and action-pad records are separate from standard gesture records.
Pause and play offline
Pause a timed round and choose Save & leave to continue later. Free gameplay works offline. Buying or restoring Ruckus+ requires a connection to Apple. An already verified purchase can be used offline, subject to the entitlement available on the device.
Reset saved progress
Reset saved progress in Settings removes gameplay records and unfinished rounds while retaining preferences. It does not remove purchases managed by Apple. Deleting the app removes its local container; Apple backup and restore settings may preserve or restore data.
Privacy
The app has no account, advertising or analytics SDK. Read the app-specific privacy policy linked above. Reflex Ruckus is entertainment, not a health or cognitive assessment.
