Carryframe Privacy Policy

Information in the app
Carryframe stores your trips, destinations, dates, packing items, traveler labels, notes, bags, weights, checkmarks, and packing kits locally on your device. You do not create an account. We do not operate a server that receives your packing lists. The app has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or tracking across other apps and websites.
Purchases
Apple processes Carryframe Plus purchases through the App Store. Carryframe uses Apple’s StoreKit service to obtain product information and verify purchase entitlements, including restores and refunds. We do not receive your payment-card information. Apple may provide sales and financial reports to us under its developer services. Apple’s handling of information is governed by its privacy policy.
Notifications
If you enable a packing reminder, the app requests notification permission and schedules a local notification on your device. Trip names and remaining-item counts may appear on your lock screen according to your notification settings. We do not send remote push notifications. You can disable reminders in a trip or change notification permission in iOS Settings.
Sharing, exports, and backups
PDF sharing and JSON backup exports happen only when you choose them. The recipient or service you select then receives that file, which may contain your trip and item details. Device backups may include app data depending on your Apple settings. Carryframe does not automatically synchronize trips across devices. Protect exported backups and share them only with intended recipients.
Support and website visits
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send and use them to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Our support website is separate from the app and may process standard hosting logs and cookies under the website’s privacy policy. Opening external links is subject to the destination’s policies.
Retention and deletion
You can delete individual trips and kits in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to backups you or Apple retain. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete local packing records. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to records we must retain for legal or operational obligations.
Children and changes
Carryframe is a general-audience travel organization utility and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. We may update this policy as the app changes and will update its effective date.
