PourKit privacy policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
PourKit is provided by CST3 Media, LLC. This policy describes information handled by the PourKit iPhone app and when you contact us about it. Your use of the CST3 Media website is also subject to the website's privacy disclosures.
Information stored in the app
PourKit stores the jobs you create on your device. A job can include its name, optional client and site details, notes, pour dimensions, quantities, material assumptions and prices. Enter only the information needed for your estimate.
The app has no account system, developer-hosted job database, advertising, tracking or analytics SDK. Your saved jobs are not automatically sent to CST3 Media. PourKit does not provide its own cloud-sync service.
Local saves and recovery copies
PourKit maintains a current local save and one previous local save to help recover from a storage problem. Deleting a job removes it from the current library, but the previous save may retain it until a subsequent save replaces that copy.
If a save cannot be read, the app preserves it instead of silently overwriting it. Restoring a readable backup can also retain the unreadable original as a separate local recovery file. These preserved files can contain old job information and are not automatically erased when an individual job is deleted.
Files you export, import or share
You can export job worksheets as PDFs and your editable library as a JSON backup. Exports can contain job names, client and site details, notes, dimensions and prices. If you share a file, the person, app or service you select receives it. PourKit does not control that recipient's handling of the file.
The app prepares local temporary files for sharing. Copies you save in Files, iCloud Drive, email or another service follow that service's settings and policies. PourKit does not delete those copies when you delete a job. Importing a backup adds copies of its jobs to the local library rather than replacing existing jobs.
Apple services and beta testing
Apple handles App Store purchases and may process purchase, device-backup and diagnostic information under its own settings and policies. CST3 Media does not receive your payment-card details from PourKit.
For TestFlight builds, Apple may make testing information, crash diagnostics and feedback available to us through its testing services. If you submit feedback or screenshots, review them for private job details before sending. This is separate from the app automatically uploading your saved job library, which it does not do.
Support messages
If you email connor@cst3media.com, we receive your email address, message and attachments so we can respond and investigate the issue. Send only the information needed for support. You may contact the same address to ask about or request deletion of information you have sent us, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations.
Your control over your information
You can edit and delete jobs within PourKit, export a backup or remove the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data, including local save and recovery files. Offloading the app can preserve its documents and is not the same as deleting it.
Deleting a job or the app does not delete existing PDF or JSON exports, messages sent to support, or device/cloud backups. Manage those copies in the relevant app, backup settings or service. Because we do not host your job library, we cannot remotely retrieve it or erase copies you shared with others. Keep a backup you control if you want to restore your work later.

Links to manufacturer documents, email or other services open outside PourKit. Those destinations may handle information under their own policies. A manufacturer reference does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Policy updates and contact
We will update this page when the app's information practices change. The date above identifies this version.
